About Me

At Uncle Shawn's, my passion for cooking began at a young age. Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, I was inspired by the talented cooks in my family, and I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of soul food and beyond. As a Baltimore Caterer I also serve D.C., Virginia and surrounding areas. My focus is to deliver fresh, innovative and world-class cuisine. I stride to deliver exceptional service for all events with different types of menu options for Weddings, Corporate Events, Special Events, Galas, Parties or intimate gatherings.
